The design concept for this retro tulip pattern came from an old plate. I heart it. It reminds me of spring. 
This download is an Illustrator swatch file. You can open it as a regular .ai file, but you will see a blank screen. Look in your swatches palette first before getting really frustrated! Or, if you want to always access it, drag the file into your Adobe swatch folder. That way you can call it up all the time.
