Today’s freebie is not large in size with only two brushes included in this .abr, but the effect of these brushes is large indeed. This free Photoshop brush set includes two grungy square tread pattern brushes that will work great in gritty urban-grunge style posters or fliers. In fact I could see this being handy for all kinds of applications online as well as in print.

Here are 42 high resolution dry brush strokes. Each of them were hand painted with a paintbrush. These brushes range from about 500px – 1300px. They are great for adding boarders around pictures to add a grunge feel.
