Available for download today is a free set of 20 grunge splatter brushes for Photoshop. They were made from watercolor brush splatter, photographed, and then edited in Photoshop to get the effect of splatter paint brushes. As evident in this post image, you can also use them as blood splatter brushes (even though Halloween is already over.) :)

The grunge splatter brushes range in size (up to 537 pixels), and they are pictured here at actual size. As you can see, they vary in opacity and noise/grunginess.
